The InterContinental Hotel (Xianggang Zhouji Jiudian) is located on Salisbury Road in the Tsim Sha Tsui neighborhood, right on the waterfront at the southern tip of Kowloon. Nearby attractions include Victoria Harbor, Nathan Road, New World Center, Avenue of the Stars, Hong Kong Cultural Center and Jade Market, It is within walking distance from a subway station and 34 kilometers from Hong Kong International Airport.
Remodeled in 2002, the 17-story hotel features 495 rooms and suites, equipped with LCD televisions, DVD players, high-speed Internet, climate control, direct-dial telephones with voice mail, mini-bars, in-room safes and complimentary bottled water. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, bathrobes and hair dryers. Wake-up calls and room service are available.
The hotel property features an outdoor swimming pool, spa and exercise facility, Chinese and western restaurants, multi-lingual staff, bar/lounge, ATM banking, concierge service, currency exchange, beauty salon, gift shop, tour desk, laundry service, safe-deposit boxes, limousine rental and off-street parking.
